I tend to do more ADS than info but am getting better on that front...I think. Anyway, I also notice the Networks that have become nothing but ADs. I like to just throw misc info around to see if it starts a conversation. "My job sucks" on the Direct Selling Network got some activity and there has been nothing but Ads there for over a month from what I could see.

So what are some ideas for web sites like My space or Face Book? Do you do the "this is me thing" or do you make it look like a business card?
