1) Ignore emails or take too long to respond. 2) Responding to email, but giving no information. 3) Being rude because they were rude to you. 4) Taking too long to send the item a customer ordered. 5) Having a slow downloading hard to navigate website. 6) Using annoying pop up windows 7) Not posting your return policy and not guaranteeing your service or products 100%.
